When you've purchased the domain name, our buyer protection program kicks in. Your payment will be held securely by us (using a protected Stripe transaction account) while we proceed to the next step.
Once your payment has been secured, we will initiate the transfer of the domain name from the seller to you. You will receive the individual authentication code for your domain by e-mail.
After the domain has been officially transferred to you, payment is made to the seller. As the buyer, there are no fees on fruits.co. The commission for processing the transfer is paid by the seller.

When customers click on your product link, they'll be directed to your domain checkout page. Customers can purchase your domain through a user-friendly and highly converting checkout process. Immediately after the purchase, customers will receive their invoice via email. fruits will contact you - as a seller - directly after the sale to provide the Auth-Code of the domain to the buyer. It usually takes less than 24 hours to send the Auth-Code (to transfer the domain). In exceptional cases, however, it can take up to 10 days for the code to be sent. The reason for this is that the code must be provided by the sellers. You can keep track of all sales in your dashboard and make edits to your products anytime.
fruits utilizes Stripe, the world's leading payment service, as the payment processor. We support popular payment methods including Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Klarna, and many more. These methods are promptly accepted.
fruits only charges sellers. It works with a 9.9% fee (all-in) and has the best prices among the premium platforms.

Step 1: Purchase of the domain name
Once you acquire the domain name, you are covered by our buyer protection program. Your payment will be held by us while we proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Transfer from the seller to you
After your payment has been secured, we initiate the transfer of the domain name from the seller to you (you will receive the unique authentication code for your domain via email). Should you have any questions, we are here to assist you throughout the process to ensure the successful acquisition of the domain name. Note: Each domain extension (e.g., .com or .de) and registrar has slightly different transfer procedures. However, rest assured that our domain transfer specialists are available to provide their expertise (domainservice@fruits.co).
Step 3: Payment to the seller after the transfer is complete
Once the domain has been officially transferred to you, we will proceed with the payment to the seller. As a buyer, there are no fees incurred at fruits.co. Direct afer a purchase the buyers receive an automatic invoice (PDF) via email. The invoice displays the purchase price (gross and net) and the VAT. fruits is the issuer of the invoice, as a seller your information/data is not disclosed to buyers.
